- Currently works at 1-3 functional fitness gyms
- Sick of having to coach 20+ hours a week to earn a mediocre income. Sick of fluctuation in available classes and pay
- Worn out from coaching mornings and evenings
- Sick of driving across Gold Coast to multiple gyms to get enough classes
- Loves to program extras for members when they ask
- Has good relationships with owners at the gym but knows they just won’t ever be able to provide a stable income for him/her without coaching all hours of the day

Person 2
- Played team sports growing up
- Was always interested in weight training/S&C
- Still plays recreational sport 1-2 times per week but is more interested in functional fitness
- Currently, a PT and/or group-fitness trainer at a non-functional fitness gym but incorporates functional training in his/her own and clients training routines
- Gets paid decently, but is drained from coaching mornings and evenings 30+ hours a week
- Makes an effort regularly on social media

Person 3
- Currently a full-time functional fitness coach in another city
- Has been doing so for over 1 year
- Looking to move to the Gold Coast
- Earns decent income but coaches 30+ hours a week across mornings and evenings
- Doesn’t know if he/she can make a sustainable career out of health and fitness

To produce life-changing results to personal members. To help personal members build long-lasting habits, achieve their goals, learn to how sustain a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym, and grow as people. To provide a world-class group fitness class experience and lead by example.
1) 1 new referral member each quarter (3 months).
2) Less than 15% loss of personal members each month.
3) Book of 30+ clients
Potential to earn up to $50,000-75,000 per annum. Pay largely based on number of personal clients and results delivered.
Full-time coaches should be prepared to coach minimum 20 face-to-face hours per week with an additional 10 hours of member check-ins, admin and general gym responsibilities.
Coaches will be rewarded with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow along with the Electric Fitness team, as well as be a valuable part of the Electric community.
- CrossFit Level 1
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness

To provide a world-class group fitness class experience and lead by example.
1) Maintain Electric Fitness high-level of coaching in a class environment
Based on hourly rate of classes coached
Utility coaches should be expecting to coach minimum 2 hours of classes a week.
Coaches will be rewarded with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow along with the Electric Fitness team, as well as be a valuable part of the Electric community.
